Our Goal:
By 2010, we seek to have a formal leadership training program in place for our leaders with 25 emerging leaders identified, trained and released into various roles at MABC and in our wider community and practical training given to 5 future vocational minsitry leaders to be sent out for Christian ministry in New Zealand or further afield.
